Life happens and we get it! We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy. A card must be on file to book an appointment. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Get in contact with us before 48 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled services using the card on file. No shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment will be charged the full service price.
